ORDERS

How do I register on the site?

It is not possible to register on the site without having placed an order:
the system will automatically create your account as soon as you have entered your order details. You will be sent an automatic e-mail with your password to log in (which you can change later).

We ship throughout Italy, including the Republic of San Marino, the Vatican, and Livigno. We also ship to Austria, France, Germany, Poland, Sweden, Switzerland, and the United States.

Yes, it will be possible when the courier sends you a message or an email with the tracking number of the shipment.
With the code you will be given you can track your parcel from the courier's site.

In any case, as soon as your order is dispatched, Brand Jewellery will send you a confirmation email.

Brand Jewellery reminds you that the tracking code is very important not only to track and monitor the shipment and delivery but also to check if the parcel is put into storage.

If you're not home to accept delivery of your order on the scheduled day, you can change the delivery date via the message (or email) you'll receive from the courier, which will contain a link to change it, or you can choose to have the package delivered to a Fermo Point.

Brand Jewellery shall not be liable if the package is returned to the warehouse due to non-collection by the customer. In that case, the return of the package will be at the customer's expense.

PAYMENT INFORMATION

Is there a cost for postage?

Shipping costs are free for orders over €29.00.
For orders under €29.00, the shipping cost is 5,00 For Italy, San Marino and Livigno. The shipping cost is automatically calculated at time of purchase and added to the total, if applicable. Cash on delivery service (mark) requires an additional cost of € 4,50.

For countries other than Italy, San Marino and Livigno, shipping is always paid (regardless of the order amount) and the cost varies according to destination. By entering your address during checkout, the system will automatically calculate the correct amount.

You can choose from the following payment methods:

All requested data is handled directly by the credit card issuers. The information will be encrypted using encryption systems that prevent it from being used by third parties.

  • Bank transfer in advance

After confirming your order, you will receive an e-mail in which you will be given the data necessary to make the transfer with the amount of the newly confirmed order. As soon as we receive the bank transfer, the staff can start preparing your order. The order will be pending until the transfer is received.

  • Mark

You can also purchase our jewelry by paying cash to the courier upon delivery, with a €4.50 cash on delivery fee. Cash on delivery is only available for orders without personalization. Jewelry customization services, such as engraving, cannot be ordered with this payment method.

Yes, the minimum order is €9.00.

Orders are selected within 24 working hours after confirmation.
The required shipping time varies from 2 to 3 working days, one extra day for islands.

How do I return an article?

Brand Jewellery accepts returns no later than 14 days from the date of receipt of the order.

Items must be returned at the buyer's expense to the address of origin of the goods: Jewit srl via dei Cerri 32 – Serravalle – 47899 Republic of San Marino

Products must be returned in the original packaging, intact and untampered with, with label still applied, inside the original packaging. You must also include the sender's information: order number, name, address, telephone number and reason for return.

Return procedure

  3. You will be provided with all the instructions and the address for the return shipment.
  4. You will receive a confirmation as soon as the package is delivered to our warehouse.

The times for receiving the return are generally between 2 and 10 working days.

The costs shall be borne by Brand Jewellery. We will make a refund for the full amount paid for the purchase, or the replacement of the article in question, only and exclusively in the case of clear evidence that the goods received are non-compliant or defective. Brand Jewels will ask the client to send by email photos of the jewel received, highlighting its defectiveness/non-conformity, to the address [email protected]

Any personal evaluations (such as, for example, subjective considerations about the product) are not considered sufficient evidence for the purposes of requesting a refund.

Brand Jewellery However, it reserves the right to evaluate each request on a case-by-case basis, deciding from time to time whether to authorize the return of the jewel—at the customer's expense—to the address from which the goods originated (unless otherwise agreed in writing) and, if applicable, offer the option of an exchange.

For returns or size changes, the jewel must be returned in perfect conditions, complete with original packaging and label, unworn, free of odors (such as perfumes) and without any signs of damage.

Products must be carefully packaged, preferably in the original packaging or, alternatively, in an equivalent packaging suitable for transport. Failure to comply with even one of the above requirements will result in:, Brand Jewellery reserves the right not to accept the return.

The handling times for returns and size exchanges are approximately 2 working days from receipt of the goods at our warehouse.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Is the little box included with the purchase of the jewellery?

For each order, the presence of at least one box is guaranteed. Brand Jewellery.

The combination of products and boxes is not necessarily one-to-one: in the case of multiple purchases, the packages may be smaller than the number of items (for example, 5 products may include 2 boxes).

There gift box has a cost of 1,00 € and can be selected during purchase, under each item.

Include Brand Jewelry box, coordinated shopper and packaging with flake.

We ask you to indicate in the order notes Which items would you like to receive packaged? This way, the jewelry will arrive priceless and complete with a box and gift bag.
