SHIPMENTS AND DELIVERIES
Deliveries are made during normal working hours to the address indicated by the User and in the manner specified in the order summary.
In the event of failure to collect the Products within the time limit set by the carrier, the Products shall be returned to the Holder, who shall refund the price of the Products but not the shipping cost. The Holder cannot be held liable for delivery errors due to inaccuracies or incompleteness in the completion of the purchase order by the User, for any damage that may occur to the Products after delivery to the carrier or for delays in delivery attributable to the latter.
COSTS
Shipping costs are always borne by the customer and vary depending on the country of destination.
CASH
Se scegli il pagamento in contrassegno (contanti alla consegna) applicheremo 4,50 euro al totale ordine indipendentemente dalla quantità ordinata.
Il pagamento alla consegna è disponibile solo per gli ordini senza personalizzazione. I servizi di personalizzazione dei gioielli, come l’incisione, non possono essere ordinati con questa modalità di pagamento.

Upon notification of payment or by cash on delivery, the goods will be collected by the courier and delivered to the address you have indicated in your order. As the place of delivery, please indicate an address where you are certain that someone will be there during working hours when the courier arrives.
