Credit Card Payments (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, PostePay)

The user who decides to purchase by Credit Card at the time of payment is directed to the secure server of the “VIRTUAL POS“, which proposes a page displaying the sign of the merchant, the amount of the transaction and the transaction ID.
The system then performs the payment of the transaction by sending the request to the authorising systems and obtaining the corresponding response.
Credit Cards are accepted: Postepay, Visa, Mastercard, Maestro and American Express.
The information entered in the order form is encrypted using 128-bit encryption (SSL) to prevent its use by third parties and is sent directly to the bank.
Jewit s.r.l. reserves the right to request additional information and the sending by fax of documents proving the ownership of the credit card used. In absence of the requested documentation, Jewit s.r.l. reserves the right not to accept the order.

Payments by PayPal

PayPal is an online payment system that requires the opening of an account with PayPal.
Concluding a purchase with this type of payment will display a page on the PayPal site where you can enter the personal e-mail address and password of your PayPal account, or access the procedure for creating a new one.
After registration, it is possible to proceed with payments via PayPal without having to re-enter the data, also for subsequent purchases. In case of purchase via PayPal payment method, the customer is directed to the PayPal login page at the conclusion of the order.
The amount of the order is debited from the PayPal account when the order is placed. In the event of cancellation of the order, either by the Customer or in the event of non-acceptance by Jewit s.r.l., the amount will be refunded to the customer's PayPal account.
At no time during the purchase process is the customer's financial information known. Since there is no data transmission, there is no possibility of this data being intercepted.
No computer archive of, nor does it store, such data. For each transaction performed with the PayPal account, the Customer shall receive a confirmation email from PayPal.

Bank Transfer

By choosing the Bank Transfer payment method, the customer can make the payment via his bank, the details will be specified both at the conclusion of the order and below.

Once you have confirmed your order, you will be given the data necessary to make the bank transfer with the amount of the newly confirmed order. As soon as the transfer is received, the staff can start preparing your order. We recommend that you specify the order number in the subject line of the transfer to facilitate processing. the order will be pending until the transfer is received.

Cash on delivery means payment only and exclusively in cash to the courier upon delivery.
Payment by cash on delivery incurs a surcharge on the total purchase price of €4.50.
Cash on delivery is only available for amounts up to € 999.00.

Cash on delivery is only available for orders without personalization. Jewelry customization services, such as engraving, cannot be ordered with this payment method.
