How do I register on the site?

It is not possible to register on the site without having placed an order:
the system will automatically create your account as soon as you have entered your order details. You will be sent an automatic e-mail with your password to log in (which you can change later).

We move throughout Italy, including the Republic of San Marino, the Vatican and Livigno. We also ship to France, Germany, Switzerland and the United States.

Yes, it will be possible when the courier sends you a message or an email with the tracking number of the shipment.
With the code you will be given you can track your parcel from the courier's site.

In any case, as soon as your order is dispatched, Brand Jewellery will send you a confirmation email.

Brand Jewellery reminds you that the tracking code is very important not only to track and monitor the shipment and delivery but also to check if the parcel is put into storage.

If you are not at home to accept delivery of your order on the scheduled day, you can change the day of delivery via the message (or e-mail) you will receive from the courier in which you will find a link to change it, or you can decide to have the parcel delivered to a stop point.

Brand Jewellery shall not be liable if the package is returned to the warehouse due to non-collection by the customer. In that case, the return of the package will be at the customer's expense.

PAYMENT INFORMATION

Is there a cost for postage?

No, our shipping does not require any additional cost. In all your purchases, shipping is included in the price.

You can choose from the following payment methods:

After confirming your order, you will receive an e-mail in which you will be given the data necessary to make the transfer with the amount of the newly confirmed order. As soon as we receive the bank transfer, the staff can start preparing your order. The order will be pending until the transfer is received.

You can also buy our jewellery by paying cash to the courier upon delivery of the parcel, with a cash-on-delivery charge of €4.50

Yes, the minimum order is €9.00.

Orders are selected within 24 working hours after confirmation.
The required shipping time varies from 2 to 3 working days, one extra day for islands.

How do I return an article?

Brand Gioielli accepts returns no later than 14 days from the date of receipt of the order. Items shall be returned at the purchaser's expense to the address from which the goods originated: Jewit srl - Via dei Cerri 32, 47899 Serravalle, Republic of San Marino

2 - Our customer service will get in touch with you to solve the problem as soon as possible
3 - You will be provided with a return address
4 - You will be contacted again by our customer service team as soon as the package is received
5 - It normally takes 2 to 10 days to receive your return in the warehouse where the goods originated.

The costs shall be borne by Brand Jewellery. We will make a refund for the full amount paid for the purchase, or the replacement of the article in question, only and exclusively in the case of clear evidence that the goods received are non-compliant or defective. Brand Jewels will ask the client to send by email photos of the jewel received, highlighting its defectiveness/non-conformity, to the address [email protected]

etc., are not considered sufficient evidence for a claim because they are individual and subjective considerations.

Brand Jewels will however assess each case on a case by case basis, and will decide on a case by case basis whether to give the customer the possibility of returning the jewel at his own expense to the address from which the goods originated, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing by Brand Jewels.

For both returns and size exchanges, the jewellery must be returned in a perfect state of preservation, which includes the original packaging/case and label, must not have been worn, must be free of odour/smell or damaged in any way. The jewellery must be packed appropriately with the same packaging received or alternatively with similar, compliant packaging for the transport of the same. Should Brand Gioielli fail to comply with at least one of the points listed above, it reserves the right not to accept the eventual return. Both returns and size changes take approximately 2 days from the date of receipt of the order sent to our warehouse.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Is the little box included with the purchase of the jewellery?

At least one “Brand Jewellery” box is guaranteed in every order, but not every jewel is guaranteed to be combined with a box, e.g. if 5 items are purchased, 2 boxes can be combined... NOT 5 BOXES.

If the item you are purchasing costs €10.00 or more, you can request free gift wrapping.

In the notes when ordering, you can specify that it is a gift, so the jewellery will arrive without price and complete with box and gift bag.

If you wish, you can also request an empty card or a customised card, specifying in the notes the text to be inserted.

If the item you have chosen to give as a gift does not exceed the cost of €10.00, you can still request the packaging by adding it to your order as a €1.00 item, which you can find by typing “gift packaging” in the search bar or at the following link:
