Certification of Materials
The quality of our jewellery comes from the choice of materials. Each creation is made exclusively from the purest stainless steel on the market, high-quality Cubic Zirconia and carefully selected stones to ensure beauty, durability and safety for the wearer.
Certified Stainless Steel
We use stainless steel, a hypoallergenic material that is resistant to oxidation, corrosion and water. Each product is accompanied by certificates of conformity certifying the purity of the steel and its safety for contact with the skin, in compliance with European regulations on nickel, lead and cadmium.
Responsible Beauty
We believe that true elegance stems from respect: for the wearer of our jewellery, for those who make it and for the environment. That is why we choose only certified, safe and durable materials that maintain their lustre over time.
Product care
For proper preservation of the product's lustre and resistance, it is recommended to avoid direct contact with cosmetics, perfumes and chemicals, and not to expose it to the sun or heat sources for prolonged periods of time. Only water is recommended for cleaning the product.
SHIPMENTS AND DELIVERIES
Deliveries are made during normal working hours to the address indicated by the User and in the manner specified in the order summary.
In the event of failure to collect the Products within the time limit set by the carrier, the Products shall be returned to the Holder, who shall refund the price of the Products but not the shipping cost. The Holder cannot be held liable for delivery errors due to inaccuracies or incompleteness in the completion of the purchase order by the User, for any damage that may occur to the Products after delivery to the carrier or for delays in delivery attributable to the latter.
COSTS
Shipping costs are always borne by the customer and vary depending on the country of destination.
CASH
If you choose cash on delivery (cash on delivery) we will charge 4.50 euro to the total order regardless of the quantity ordered.
There are absolutely no additional customs and/or tax costs.
Upon notification of payment or by cash on delivery, the goods will be collected by the courier and delivered to the address you have indicated in your order. As the place of delivery, please indicate an address where you are certain that someone will be there during working hours when the courier arrives.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract concluded, without penalty and without specifying a reason, within 14 days of receipt of the product.
The Customer may exercise the right of withdrawal by notifying the Customer Service (within the aforementioned period) by telephone on the number 0549 963403 Monday to Friday from 9 a.m. to 1.30 p.m. - 2.30 p.m. to 5.30 p.m. Or by writing to the e-mail address [email protected]
The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract on condition that the product is returned undamaged. It is also possible to exercise withdrawal on only part of the purchased products. The products must be returned in their original, undamaged, untampered with packaging, with the label still attached, inside the original packaging, to the address: Jewit srl, via dei Cerri 32 - Serravalle - 47899 Republic of San Marino.
Upon arrival at the warehouse, the product will be examined to assess any damage and/or tampering not resulting from transport. The return of the product through the announced exercise of the Right of Withdrawal entails the refund of the amount paid for the product purchased. The direct cost of the return (COURIER COST) is always borne by the consumer.
Jewit S.r.l. shall, as soon as possible and in any case within 14 days from receipt of the goods at the warehouse, authorise the refund to the Customer of the amounts paid.
For the purposes of the return, the shipment, up to the certificate of receipt in our shop, is under the full responsibility of the Customer. The Company shall not be liable in any way in the event of damage, theft, or loss of goods returned by shipments not insured by the Customer for the purpose of returning the goods.
